if you wouldn’t mind, unblock my IP. it’s a pain to use a proxy, and i didn’t do anything wrong. i sent a support email through the contact form, and i received no response. i know that you can read these without other members seeing them, so i figured this was the only place you’d possibly respond.

i see that you’ve posted the correct video as well. thanks for doing that. i think you do excellent work, so i’m sorry if it seems like i’m busting your balls. i just expect a certain level of service when i pay for something. i don’t think that asking for new material or some sort of response is a huge deal.

i also assume you’ll delete this before any other members see it. i’m good with that; it’s what i want you to do.
